Our philosophy has always been one of continuous quality improvement and all of our facilities have been accredited by the Aged Care Standards Agency. We believe that, by this achievement, we can demonstrate to our residents that we are truly dedicated to the provision of a high standard of care and services.

Each of our facilities are managed by an experienced Facility Services Manager and assisted by a Care Services Manager. The facilities are further supported by the innovative Executive Services Support Team from Columbia Business Services, whose main purpose is to plan the development of the Organisation’s strategic planning and financial management processes and the management of its business and clinical improvement programs. These improvement programs cover areas such as Continuous Improvement Plans, Human Resource Development and Management and Risk Management, to name but a few.

Columbia Aged Care Services’ Mission, underpinned by its Care, Comfort and Consideration values, is to:

  1. Be one of the nation’s select providers of residential aged care services by way of its innovative practices, continuous improvement programs and adoption of better practice models;
  2. Provide residential aged care services that meet the needs of all key stakeholders by means of research, planning and consultation;
