Aida Molano
Facility Services Manager, Strathdale Centre
Aida joined Columbia in 1993 as Deputy Director of Nursing and has been the Facility Services Manager at the Strathdale Centre since 2000. In this role she is responsible for meeting, maintaining and exceeding the high standard of quality care and services expected from the 146 high care residents and their families.
Aida has been in the aged care industry since 1983 and completed Bachelor of Science in Gerontology in 1994.
Frank Leong
Facility Services Manager, Marrickville Centres (Mayfair/Rosedale/Parkland)
Frank joined Columbia in April 2001 as the Quality Improvement Coordinator (Group) and then moved into the position of Business Improvement Manager. In April 2004 he took on the role of Facility Services Manager where he is responsible for managing the daily operations of the 3 centres at Marrickville.
Frank started his career in aged care nursing after working in the public hospitals for five years. His past experience includes as an Assistant in Nursing, Registered Nurse, Nursing Unit Manager, and Deputy Director of Nursing in residential aged care facilities.
Bernadette Ann Brannan
Deputy Facility Services Manager, Marrickville Centres (Mayfair/Rosedale/Parkland)
Bernadette was the Deputy Director of Nursing of Willowood in 1998. In May 2001 she took up the position of Acting Director of Nursing of Columbia’s Rosedale Centre at Marrickville.
In her current position of Deputy Facility Services Manager, which she has held since November 2002, she is responsible for assisting the Facility Services Manager with the management of the daily operations of the 3 centres at Marrickville.
Bernadette is a Registered Nurse and has a Diploma of Applied Science from the Sydney University.
Jennifer O’Connell
Facility Services Manager/Director of Nursing, Willowood Centre
Jennifer joined the Columbia in 2002 to take up the position of Facility Services Manager at Willowood. During this time she as been integral in the redevelopment project of Columbia’s newest facility and now manages the day-to-day operations of this high and low care centre.
Jennifer has 30 years of nursing experience in Sydney teaching hospitals and a district rural hospital. She holds qualifications in Midwifery, Bachelor of Education (Nursing) and a Masters in Health Administration.
