Mayfair is a 40 bed single storey facility comprising of shared and single rooms.

The centre has a comfortable lounge room, dining area and an internal courtyard, as well as a large shaded area at the front of the building. Families are welcome to use these areas when visiting.

Mayfair is situated on the main bus 425 route to Sydenham Station and bus route 426 to the City, and is only 15 minutes walk from the Dulwich Hill station and 15 minutes drive to the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

Churches and shops are within walking distance.
