You enter this two storey facility through a garden with a stunning water feature and undercover area, where one can sit in all weather and enjoy the garden vista. It is easy to move around the home via the lift, with access to recreational facilities on both floors.

The focal point of the facility is the newly refurbished atrium area on the ground floor with its remote controlled roof. Residents on the first floor can overlook this area. There are other dining areas, as well as a private visitor’s room. Single and shared accommodation is available. The facility accommodates 104 residents.

Rosedale is situated on the main bus 425 route to Sydenham Station and bus route 426 to the City, and is only 15 minutes walk from the Dulwich Hill station and 15 minutes drive to the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

Churches and shops are within walking distance. Rosedale specialises in catering for residents from Greek descent.
