Aida Molano
Facility Services Manager, Strathdale Centre
Aida joined Columbia in 1993 as Deputy Director of Nursing and has been the Facility Services Manager at the Strathdale Centre since 2000.
In this role she is responsible for meeting, maintaining and exceeding the high standard of quality care and services expected from the 146 high care residents and their families.
Aida has been in the aged care industry since 1983 and completed Bachelor of Science in Gerontology in 1994.
