We value the importance of family and friends staying connected with our residents. Visitors play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents, providing companionship, emotional support, and a sense of belonging.

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all, we kindly ask that visitors adhere to the following guidelines:

Visiting Hours

Regular visiting hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances, and we are flexible in accommodating special requests.

Please contact us in advance if you need to visit outside of regular hours.

Infection Control Measures

To help prevent the spread of illness, we ask that visitors follow these infection control measures:

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser upon entering and leaving the facility
Avoid close contact with residents who are sick or those with weakened immune systems
If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from visiting until you are fully recovered

Check-In Upon Arrival

For compliance with industry regulations, we kindly ask all visitors and contractors to check-in using the QR code, or via our kiosks located at Reception. For residents, we request that you check in and check out for safety and operational reasons if you are leaving our homes for periods of time.
